VULNIFICUS was formed in October 2021 with the idea of bringing death metal back to its early sounding roots, but maintaining the modern sounding intensity. 

VULNIFICUS attempted to push death metal back to its limits with their debut "INNOMINATION" released November 26, 2021. INNOMINATION was recorded, mixed and mastered at Demolition Studios with additional recording/mixing of vocals by E. Browne at BWNTWN STN.  Drawing comparisons to old Cannibal Corpse, Condemned, Defeated Sanity, Mortician and others, VULNIFICUS signed a deal with New Standard Elite and shortly released their debut single "Induced Rampage". 

After the successful feedback of "INNOMINATION", VULNIFICUS began to record the follow up to their debut EP in December 2021, titled "INVOCATION". Completed at Demolition Studios again, VULNIFICUS blast, grind and shred their way with 5 tracks of audio devastation blending influences from the past and present. "INVOCATION" released June 10, 2022 to an overwhelming response from fans and put the brutal death community on notice with the release of their singles "Coerced Into Compliance" and "The Incredulous Invocation"

The success of "INVOCATION" led to scheduling their first tour with grind legends Deterioration for September 2022 and an exclusive tour tape compilation titled "INEXPLICABLE" released exclusively on Denses Records in Indonesia (limited to 100 copies) in August 2022. This compilation is a mixture of both EPs "INNOMINATION" and "INVOCATION" which quickly sold out for collectors.  Unfortunately, the first tour in the bands history could not be completed as VULNIFICUS goes through a member change. Shortly after, due to popular demand, "INEXPLICABLE" sees a digital release in December 2022, containing demo versions of their released music and 4 new unreleased tracks that never saw the light of day. 

Left as the sole member of VULNIFICUS, Eston recruits Jamison Parker (Prophecy of Suffering) and Evan Daniele (Dead and Dripping) on guitar. Together with this lineup, VULNIFICUS debuts this group for their next offering on New Standard Elite,  titled "INEXTRICABLE" which was released on November 3, 2023 with Evan performing drumming duties. VULNIFICUS releases a playthrough video for their single "Intrinsic Inclination" to a large reception and puts loyal listeners on notice. After recording and releasing INEXTRICABLE, VULNIFICUS welcomes Mike Jones (Utter Scorn) on bass and completes their first tour - a 10 day multi state tour with Cordyceps beginning in Colorado and ending in California to conclude a successful year. 

Moving onto 2024, VULNIFICUS expands their reach by performing at their first festival - Gulfcoast Deathfest 3 in Houston, Texas. Shortly before that, the first lyric video for the second track on the EP (The Internecine Incarnation) is released. Following the success and reaction of their performance in Houston, VULNIFICUS is then invited to the first annual Texas Domination Fest in Dallas. After searching for several months, VULNIFICUS finally recruits the final piece of the group, Jason McLean (formerly of Genocaust) on drums. With this new, stable and improved lineup, VULNIFICUS is ready to take the country by storm through playing shows and releasing their debut full length record.
